These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LunaLink, operated by Lunaris Holdings LLC(“we”, “us” ). By creating an account or using the LunaLink client app, advisor app, or website (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Entertainment Purposes Only
LunaLink and its advisor sessions (including tarot, astrology, and similar readings) are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read or hear through the Services. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using LunaLink you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. The Service & Advisor Relationship
LunaLink is a marketplace that connects clients with independent advisors. Advisors are not our employees or agents. We do not provide readings ourselves and are not responsible for advisor conduct or the content of any session. Any interaction between a client and an advisor is solely between those parties.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payments, Wallet & Promotions
- Sessions are paid using your in-app wallet balance. Top-ups and purchases are processed by Stripe or the applicable app store.
- Per-minute rates are set by advisors and shown before you connect. Charges accrue based on session duration and the selected method (chat, audio, or video).
- Promotions, free minutes, and discounts (e.g. “first reading 50% off”) are subject to their stated terms and may change or end at any time.
- Refunds: If a session fails because of a LunaLink technical issue or you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing support with your account email, session time, and charge amount. Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved after review.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse advisors, clients, or staff, or share illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Circumvent payments, take sessions off-platform, or solicit personal contact details to avoid fees.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. messages, reviews, profile info). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the LunaLink name, logo, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY READING OR ADVICE IS ACCURATE OR WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNALINK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LunaLink from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
