This Privacy Policy explains how LunaLink (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Lunaris Holdings LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the LunaLink mobile apps, advisor tools, and websites at lunalinkapp.com and app.lunalinkapp.com(together, the “Services” ).
LunaLink is a marketplace that connects clients with independent advisors (e.g. tarot readers, astrologers, life coaches) for chat, audio, and video sessions. The Services are intended for users 18 years and older.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account & profile: name, email address, password (managed by our auth provider), profile photo, and the preferences you select during onboarding (topics, questions, communication preferences).
- Advisor information (if you register as an advisor): display name, bio/tagline, specialities, rates, availability, and identity/payout details required to receive payments.
- Payments: wallet top-ups and purchases are processed by Stripe or the applicable app store. We do not store full card numbers; payment processors return limited payment details and transaction records.
- Session content: chat messages, and call metadata for audio/video sessions. Calls are powered by Agora; session messages and call state may be stored so the session can run, be restored, and be supported.
- Reviews & communications: ratings, reviews, and messages you send to us or to advisors.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, and in-app activity/diagnostics.
- Push tokens: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to deliver notifications, if you enable them.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your account.
- Match you with relevant advisors and personalize your feed, including using onboarding answers and Google Gemini-assisted features where enabled.
- Process payments, wallet balances, top-ups, and promotions.
- Enable chat/audio/video sessions and deliver notifications.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it:
- With advisors you choose to connect with (limited profile info and your session messages), and vice-versa.
- With service providers that process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging, hosting), Stripe (payments), Agora (real-time calls), and Google Gemini (AI features).
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to this Policy.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain data (e.g. transaction and payout records) where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. See Account Deletion for how to delete your account and data.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@lunalinkapp.com. You may also delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@lunalinkapp.com and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on the third parties named above, each with its own privacy practices: Google (Firebase & Gemini), Stripe, and Agora. We encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
