Payments, wallet & refunds
Wallet top-ups and purchases are processed securely by Stripe. For billing questions or to request a review of a charge, email billing support with the date and amount. Purchases made via the App Store or Google Play may also be subject to those stores’ refund policies.

For issues with a chat, audio, or video session — or to report an advisor — contact support with the advisor name and approximate time of the session.
