This page explains how to delete your LunaLink account and the personal data associated with it. LunaLink is operated by Lunaris Holdings LLC. It satisfies the Google Play data-deletion requirement and Apple’s account-deletion requirement.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the LunaLink app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is closed immediately and your data is deleted as described below.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@lunalinkapp.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile (name, photo, bio) and onboarding preferences.
- Your session messages, reviews, and app preferences.
- Stored payment tokens / saved payment methods.
- Push notification tokens.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires or permits it, for example:
- Transaction & payout records needed for tax, accounting, and legal/audit obligations.
- Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud/abuse, or enforce our Terms of Service.
- Data already aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer be linked to you.
Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.
Note for advisors
If you are an advisor with an outstanding balance or pending payouts, please resolve those before deletion. We may need to retain certain payout and tax records as noted above.
